Formula used
Required Final Score = (Desired Grade − Current Grade × (1 − Final Weight)) ÷ Final Weight.
Example calculation
If your current grade is 82%, your desired grade is 90%, and the final exam is worth 30%, you need about 108.67% on the final.
What the result means
The result shows the final exam score needed to reach your target grade. If the result is above 100%, the target may not be reachable without extra credit or grading adjustments.
