InstaCalculate.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This DMCA Policy sets forth the procedures for submitting a notice of alleged infringement and for addressing claims of copyright infringement.
1. Copyright Infringement Claims

2. DMCA Notice Submission

We will promptly review your notice and take the necessary actions as required under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
3. Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which InstaCalculate.com may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.
After receiving a valid counter-notice, InstaCalculate.com may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a lawsuit within the time allowed by law.
4. Repeat Infringers
InstaCalculate.com reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
5. Changes to This DMCA Policy
We may update our DMCA Policy from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
