Formula used

Weeks to Target = |Current Weight − Target Weight| ÷ Weekly Weight Change. Target Date = Today + Estimated Days.

Example calculation

If current weight is 80, target weight is 72, and expected weekly change is 0.5, the estimated time is 16 weeks.
